Job Description
Our client are looking for a Credit Controller
Duties will include;
· Supporting the efficient processing of sales ledger information to ensure prompt and complete payment of trade debt.
· Raising credits
· Dealing with deductions from start to finish
· Dealing with customers disputing paying accounts
· Posting and allocating customer receipts within the sales ledger.
· Producing debt analysis, including the use of spreadsheets.
· Taking ownership of duties with a minimum of supervision.
· Complying with all current rules and regulations relevant to the role, following appropriate procedures in carrying out duties.
· Report any concerns immediately to the Credit Control Team Leader.
· Presenting a professional image to internal and external customers,
You will have;
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· A professional and assertive character, able to work effectively with people at all levels.
· Experience in Credit Control.
· Experience of processing computer based data, prefably SAP
· Ability to work to deadlines and targets demonstrating a positive, 'can do' attitude.
· Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Experience of working within a large organisation is desirable.
